  To answer your specific question about geography, here is the relevant passage from the rules. These regions map to the 3 regional prizes.

  Individuals must be resident in one of the specifically listed countries for the applicable region, and meet the other requirements stated in these Official Rules, in order to participate.

  A. Countries included in each region:

  (i) Americas

  This region includes:
  - United States of America (excluding Arizona)
  - Canada (excluding Quebec)

  (ii) APAC

  This region includes:
  - Australia
  - New Zealand
  - Singapore

  (iii) EMEA

  This region includes:
  - United Kingdom
  - South Africa
